Kay offer shools, organisations och workplaces training in communication, mediates in conflicts and is responsible for Friare Livs long programs.

He is inspired by Gandhi, Hafiz, and  Marshall Rosenbergs life and work. His son and new teacher in life Neo helps him live what he teaches at home.

Han specialiserar sig på att hjälpa parterna i en konflikt att hitta tillbaka till en kontakt som möjliggör samarbete. Tillsammans med Liv har han utvecklat en pedagogisk modell för att lära ut medling. Modellen beskrivs i Liv Larssons bok Skapa kontakt och samarbete genom medling och används bland annat på de kurser Friare Liv anordnar.

Kay erbjuder också skolor, organisationer och arbetsplatser kommunikationsträning och ansvarar för Friare Liv´s långa utbildningsprogram.

Kay är bland annat utbildad av Marshall Rosenberg som grundade NVC. Han vill bidra med verktyg för att skapa kontakt mellan människor och han inspireras av Gandhi, Hafiz, och givetvis Marshall Rosenbergs arbete.
